These Moulds are used in a certain way
and they are as follows:
Spot the silicone molds on a heating
sheet or plate, and empty the softened chocolate into the molds. For smooth
chocolates, the molds should be filled to the edge. You may have to smooth the
chocolate into little subtleties utilizing the tip of a toothpick. Air pockets
can get caught inside the poured chocolate.
